I’ve invested 13 years implementing content strategies that educate folks about how to use software. I work with product teams to create software that is intuitive, clear, and educational.
As a seasoned customer advocate, I’ve produced and managed several help centers, training programs, and support enablement material. The bulk of my content work in support-roles directly correlates to reductions in the cost of goods sold. I’ve managed teams, determined hiring benchmarks, trained and onboarded staff, and managed large department budgets.
Since I changed my focus to content roles with product teams, I’ve worked with all sorts of microcopy. Additionally, I’ve run content audits and integrated voice and tone guides into design systems.
I have a soft spot for design systems, information architecture, photography, and fantasy novels. I'm based in Melbourne, Australia.
